No, many of our customers issue us a key or have an alternate entry for us to enter their home while they are away

Yes. Most of the time we can accommodate a specific cleaning day especially if we are given a few days’ notice.

We accept cash, check or credit and debit cards.

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

We recommend picking up clothing and clutter to allow our cleaning professionals to do the most efficient job possible!

Are they comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

Yes. If you are worried about one of our pet’s behavior, please let us so we can accommodate.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

Not all, sit back and relax, we supply all the cleaning supplies and equipment.

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning services?

If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly return and re-clean whatever is in question at no additional charge. Just let us know your concerns within one business day after the cleaning.
