Metrics measured are attitude, performance, customer reviews, attendance, and being a team player. The MOH for the quarter will get a bonus, recognition from management, and their picture framed on the wall.

Operations Manager

Jada Jones is currently the Operations Manager here at Merry Maids. She first began as a house cleaner and is well known for her results driven attitude which later grew into a management position to lead a team of 10+.  With 5 years of experience, Jada has been able to learn new perspectives to further her craft in the cleaning industry and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for our beloved clients of Merry Maids of Jackson, MS.
