The fact that the cleaners come prepared with all the supplies needed to clean my home is a great help to me and is one less thing for me to keep in my home or remember to buy when supply is low.
Generally, my furnishings and items are treated respectfully and, in the case of rare breakage, Merry Maids has reimbursed me for the item.
Lastly, the cleaners are really good about vacuuming under couch and chair cushions, reaching out of the way places where dust accumulates, moving furniture to get at corners, etc. In sum, they do a thorough and adequate job!"
