I’m the Office Manager at Merry Maids of Waco and have been part of the Merry Maids family for a total of 9 years. I began my journey as a Professional Technician, which gave me a deep appreciation for delivering top-quality service and understanding that every home has unique cleaning needs. Through hard work and dedication, I worked my way up to where I am today.

As a mom of two wonderful daughters, they continue to inspire me to grow as a leader—both at work and in life.

I am a Waco native. I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, and going fishing!

Hi, my name is Santana!

I’m the Account Development Specialist at Merry Maids of Waco, and I’ve been proudly part of the team for 10 years. I’m here to support you throughout your cleaning journey, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. 

As a mom of a beautiful daughter and dog owner, I understand how challenging it can be to balance work, family, and daily life. That’s why I’m passionate about helping our customers enjoy a cleaner, more relaxing home.

Hi, my name is Nicole!

As the Trainer and Field Supervisor at Merry Maids of Waco, I have been part of the team close to one year. My role focuses on ensuring our technicians receive top-tier training from day one, equipping them to deliver exceptional service. I also support our team in upholding the high standards we promise through our Worry-Free Guarantee.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and love going on vacation to Disney World!

Hi, my name is Shawna!

I’ve been a trainer at Merry Maids of Waco for two years, and I love the opportunity to meet a variety of people while ensuring they receive a fantastic cleaning experience. My role allows me to not only provide top-quality service myself but also train our professional technicians—from onboarding to becoming fully experienced—so they can uphold our high standards.

It’s incredibly rewarding to know I’ve helped make homes sparkle at the end of the day. In 2023, I was honored to be promoted to a training position, where I focused on thoroughly preparing our technicians for success. That same year, I was proud to receive the Team Member of the Year award as well as the Production Award.

During my time off, I enjoy shopping and spending time with my loved ones!
