"I'm not familiar with the products used, however, I have inquired at different times the type of product used for specific areas. I do know that whatever is used, when they are done, my house has a fresh, clean scent throughout that is appreciated whether it's closed in winter or humid, hot summer!
Whenever I have specific areas that need cleaning, the staff is always receptive and responsive. I like that they are friendly to my three parrots and take time to talk with them when working in the area of the cages. Whether staff coming to my house is one or two ladies, they are thorough and work efficiently alone or together. The email reminders of service dates and notice that staff is on the way is helpful when planning my service day. Staff is flexible with scheduling should I need to make a change."
