For most homeowners, a one-time deep cleaning every 6 to 12 months is usually sufficient. If you aren't receiving regular cleaning on a weekly or bi-monthly basis, you may want to schedule cleanings more frequently.

Can I ask for special requests or request focus on certain areas?

Yes! We are happy to accommodate any special requests you may have. If parts of your home are especially cluttered or untidy, our team can spend their time just on those areas so that you get the best value for your money. Common special requests we receive include: de-griming baseboards, cleaning inside cabinets, removing pet hair from furniture, and de-cluttering closets.

The Humane Society of Charlotte

Merry Maids of Charlotte has been a proud supporter and partner to the Humane Society of Charlotte for the last decade. The Humane Society provides invaluable services to the city of Charlotte by educating residents about pet care and safety, providing low fee spay and neuter clinics, and of course providing love and care to Charlotte's cats and dogs who have not yet found a home. Merry Maids sponsors the annual Ties & Tails Gala each fall, and hosts supply drives throughout the year to provide much needed food and comfort to Charlotte's pets in need.

This past spring, we collected supplies for the Humane Society of Charlotte. Thanks to the generosity of our clients and staff, we collected over fifty items, requiring three trips to the donation center! Because this first outing was a such a success, we are currently hosting a fall supply drive. We are collecing items through the end of October.
