The Women arrived at my home on time, and immediately surveyed the work and began to do the deep clean. They worked as a team and had a very positive attitude. Amanda exhibited a great can do spirit and work ethic as she helped clean the inside and outside windows. She even was willing to navigate my bushes to get the job done. Gina tackled the sliding glass doors and their runners. Jess did the floors and mopping while Kim Bullock cleaned the kitchen and cleaned a difficult refrigerator.
They worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. They then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The quality control was done by Becky. It was refreshing that she was the person who sold the service and then the same person to assure the quality was right. She also pitched in to help clean.
Because of all these factors, I am extending my contract to additional regular cleaning and have recommended your services to several people. This team at Merry Maids are a real asset to Merry Maids.
