Since August 9, 1999, Tempie has been a valued cleaning team member of our Merry Maids family, demonstrating incredible loyalty, dedication, and care.

In her work, Tempie takes pride in providing a thorough clean in every home and paying close attention to detail. Her favorite room to clean is a bedroom, sharing that she “likes to make them sparkle!” Her favorite cleaning product she uses is the Merry Maids All-Purpose Cleaner, which she enjoys because she can use it to clean a variety of surfaces and it leaves them looking shiny and clean.

Throughout her many years with us, Tempie has also built lasting friendships with fellow team members and meaningful relationships with our clients. When asked about her experience at Merry Maids, Tempie shared, "I've made a lot of friends while working here. Not only fellow employees but also some customers. A few of them always remember my birthday!" We are so happy that throughout her many years of dedication Tempie has also been able to not only build connections, but true genuine friendships with some of our customers. Her care for our clients, both in and outside of work, is a true example of the meaningful relationships our team strives to build.

During her time with us, Tempie shared that she learned “working left to right and top to bottom” is the most efficient way of cleaning a room.

When asked what she believes customers appreciate most about having Merry Maids in their homes, Tempie shared that she believes they love “coming home to a sparkling clean home!” Her answer reflects the simple but meaningful difference our team strives to make in the lives of our customers.

Outside of work, Tempie loves spending quality time with her family, especially her grandbabies, who bring her so much joy.

We are incredibly grateful for Tempie’s many years of dedication to Merry Maids. She has truly made a lasting impact on not only our Merry Maids family, but also our clients she has cared for throughout the years. We are so fortunate to have her part of our team.

Since June 22, 2026, Natalie has been a part of our cleaning team and has quickly found a place in our Merry Maids family.

In her work, Natalie loves getting to see customer’s reactions when she finishes a cleaning as well as giving a bathroom a good clean. Her favorite cleaning product is Merry Maids Soap Scum, which is a great product for bathrooms as it lets her really scrub sinks, tubs, and showers clean.

When asked about her experience at Merry Maids, Natalie shared “Merry Maids feels like home.” We are truly so happy that in a short amount of time, Natalie has already found a home at Merry Maids.

Natalie also shared that even though she’s only been with us for a shorter amount of time she has already learned, “how much hard work cleaning really is.” Which is such a real perspective and goes to show the hard work Natalie and each of our team members at Merry Maids puts into each home.

Outside of work, in Natalie’s free time she enjoys relaxing with her favorite TV shows and spending quality time with her adorable dog, Pongo.

Since May 3, 2021, Carmen has been part of our Merry Maids family and a wonderful cleaning team member.

In her work, Carmen has a great ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality of her work. She specializes in the wet work of a home, with the kitchen being her favorite room to clean and a finished bathroom being the most satisfying to her. Her favorite cleaning product to use is our Merry Maids Soap Scum which helps her scrub her clients bathroom fixtures and produce beautiful results. She also loves a good duster to help pick up dust and sweep away cob webs.

Throughout her years with us, Carmen has had a positive experience at Merry Maids, referring to her experience as, “it’s been great!”

One of the things Carmen shared she has been able to learn throughout her time with us is, “that we, as team members, need to be responsible”. Her response really reflects what we strive to instill in our team members when they are cleaning customers homes, responsibility is everything in the cleaning profession.

When asked what she believes customers appreciate most about having Merry Maids in their homes, Carmen shared that she believes it's the “honesty and responsibility our teams bring.” Her perspective reflects the trust and care our cleaning professionals strive to provide in every home.

Outside of work, Carmen enjoys relaxing at home and spending quality time with her family and dog.

We are grateful for Carmen’s continued hard work and dedication and are happy to have her as part of our Merry Maids family.

Since July 25, 2023, Diana has been an important part of our Merry Maids office team as our Office Assistant! Her positive attitude and the meaningful connections she has built with her teammates and clients contribute to the welcoming and supportive environment of our office.

When asked about her experience at Merry Maids, Diana shared, “While working at Merry Maids I’ve enjoyed bonding with my teammates and getting to know all of our clients.” She has shown how at Merry Maids we truly value everyone and how we commit ourselves to making sure that our community knows that.

Outside of the office, Diana loves making special memories with her son and exploring new places with her family.

We are grateful for Diana’s dedication and the care she brings to her role and are happy to have her as part of our Merry Maids team.

Since February 26, 2024, Concepcion has been part of our Merry Maids family and a cleaning team member!

Concepcion’s favorite room to clean is a bathroom! To help her clean her bathrooms her favorite products she uses are bleach and the Merry Maids Soap Scum which really help her scrub her bathrooms well and leave them finished nice and shiny.

When asked about her experience at Merry Maids, Concepcion shared, “It's a good company, especially Fabiola! She has given me opportunities to return to!" Her appreciation for the opportunities and relationships she has built with our team reflects the supportive environment we strive to create at Merry Maids.

Concepcion has been able to learn about the different types of cleaning products there are and how to properly clean. She shared, “I have learned about the cleaning products we use and each of their different purposes.”

Outside of work, Concepcion is enjoying a very special new chapter in life as a first-time grandma to a sweet baby boy! She loves soaking up every precious moment with her grandson and spending quality time with her amazing son and daughter.
