Our owner, Fred Surgeon, has a long-standing love for the Gainesville area, with a special connection to the University of Florida and the spirit of community it represents. As a proud minority business owner and North Carolina A&T State University graduate, Fred has spent his career building businesses rooted in service, family values, and giving back.
Since opening our Gainesville office in December 2013, we have been committed to helping Alachua County families enjoy cleaner, more comfortable homes. Our journey here is also part of a much larger story: Fred and his wife, Anita, own Sweet Valley Ranch, a 300-acre farm in North Carolina, known for its award-winning Dinosaur World attraction and deep dedication to community outreach. Sweet Valley Ranch reflects Fred’s lifelong respect for nature, a commitment that included helping safely rehome over 2,000 iguanas when they were outlawed in Florida, showing compassion for both animals and the environment.
Today, Gainesville customers receive trusted home cleaning and are connected to a company that values community involvement and environmental responsibility at its core.
