Merry Maids of the Grand Strand was established in 2006 by Charles and Leann Praigg. Our roots run deep in the service industry. After 9/11 when the hospitality industry took a hit, we - once hotel professionals ourselves - found a new calling in helping families feel safe, clean, and cared for at home.
As Merry Maids customers, we knew firsthand the comfort and consistency the brand delivers. That experience inspired us to join the Merry Maids family as owners, bringing our attention to detail, service-first mindset, and deep commitment to cleanliness to homes across Virginia, Georgia and South Carolina.
