Cheyenne loves to clean! She is a great leader and works for our company in multiple locations. Her happiness and attention to detail make her a highly requested team member. The most rewarding part of the job for her is organizing, seeing the cleaning results, and seeing the difference she makes in a client's life.

Outside of work, Cheyenne loves to read, craft, play video games, play with her pups and go for a good hike.

Claudia is one of our team leads, assists with training and has been with Merry Maids for over 1.5 years. She takes pride in ensuring people feel great in their clean homes! Her positivity, can-do attitude, and kindness to our clients makes her one of our most requested team members. Her favorite part of the job is helping people and meeting their fur babies.

Outside of work, Claudia loves to read, dance, drink coffee, eat pizza and relax with her friends, family and pups.

Heather came to Merry Maids ready to work hard! She hit the ground running and quickly started receiving compliments and requests for repeated service. Whether it be a busy family, or someone that just needs a little extra help, she takes pride in making a client’s life much easier through her cleaning work.

Outside of work, Heather loves to spend time shopping or at the beach with her four daughters.

Jazmine has been cleaning for quite some time at hotels, Airbnbs and now, Merry Maids. She is a hard worker and takes pride in making a home shine. Her favorite part of the job is making beds and making a dirty bathroom look like new again. She loves making clients happy and providing them with a calm, clean service.

Outside of work, Jazmine loves to ice skate, shop, try new restaurants and play with her cats and dogs.

Lianne is one of our team leads. She’s always up for a challenge and jumps in wherever needed. She’s often seen laughing about something silly when in the office. One of her favorite parts of the job is meeting new people. She also loves to make a home sparkle for clients when they are unable to.

Outside of work, Lianne loves to read, watch movies (especially horror flicks), roller skate, and spend time with her kitties.

Mark and Lindsay have proudly been part of the Merry Maids family for over a decade. Prior to building their business, Mark worked in the mortgage industry and Lindsay served in state government. They chose to leave their corporate careers to pursue a shared dream: building a small business rooted in integrity, service, and the desire to make a positive impact in their community.

They have led the Merry Maids of Naples team with heart and purpose, growing a business that doesn’t just clean homes — it builds relationships. Their success and commitment to quality service led the franchisor to invite them to expand into Cape Coral and Fort Myers, where they are now focused on growing the Merry Maids footprint across Southwest Florida.

For Mark and Lindsay, success isn’t just measured in business growth — it’s about giving back. As active foster parents, they have opened their home to children in need and have been deeply involved in reunification efforts, proudly helping families come back together. This work has profoundly shaped their values and their approach to leadership, parenting, and community engagement.

They are passionate about creating a workplace that reflects those same values — one that supports employees, respects clients, and gives back whenever possible. Whether it’s supporting a local youth team, donating to a food pantry, or offering a clean home to someone in need, they believe small acts of service can make a big difference.

Outside of work, they enjoy time on the golf course, hosting family and friends, and hanging out with their beloved office pup, Luna — who never misses a chance to come in and say hello to the team.

Pam has been a part of the Merry Maids family for almost five years in many different capacities. In her current role, she takes the utmost care in making a client’s home shine, ensuring their happiness and making them feel like a valued part of our company. Meeting and snuggling everyone’s cats and dogs is one of her favorite parts of the job.

Outside of work, Pam loves to watch the Florida sunsets, listen to live music, and spend time with friends.
