Brandie is our Franchise Manager. She has been with Merry Maids for 17 wonderful years. Brandie leads with passion and expertise. She takes pride in the meaningful impact her team makes each day—helping clients gain back valuable time in their lives by taking care of the cleaning chores. Brandie’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has been a driving force in her career. She is a master at multitasking!

Beyond work, Brandie cherishes time spent traveling with her family, especially with her two wonderful kids. Her favorite color, purple, reflects her vibrant personality and love for life. Whether managing operations or fostering strong client relationships, Brandie is devoted to ensuring every home receives the quality care it deserves.

Kathy has been part of our team for three years. She began as a cleaning team member and was quickly promoted to Office Assistant. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, helping both clients and staff with her dedicated and friendly approach.

Beyond her professional role, Katherine is a proud mother of four wonderful children and a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan. She shares this passion with Donna (owner) and yes, we are the Super Bowl Champs! Go Birds! When she’s not cheering for her favorite football team, she loves spending quality time with her family and dabbling with photography. Kathy is remarkable with how she balances her work and family. Her commitment to both makes her a valued part of the Merry Maids family.
