Since March 9, 2026, Idania has been a part of our Merry Maids family and a valued member on our cleaning team! She always brings a positive attitude and a smile every day she comes to work.

Idania especially enjoys cleaning kitchens and loves using the vacuum because of how thorough it vacuums up debris and particles on floors and carpets. She takes pride in seeing the difference a thorough cleaning can make in a home.

When asked about her experience at Merry Maids, Idania shared, “My job is wonderful, I feel satisfied by it. For me, it's been a great experience, learning about everything, meeting and getting to know clients, and seeing the great job we've done.” She appreciates the opportunities she has had to learn new skills, connect with customers, and be part of a team that takes pride in its work.

Throughout her time with us, Idania has learned the importance of following the right steps when cleaning. For example, she allows bathroom cleaning products time to work, by letting them sit for a few minutes, during that time she takes trash out or other organizational tasks, and then she returns to wipe and clean surfaces after she’s let the products sit. This helps her work efficiently while also getting the most out of each of the cleaning products where she then is able to give each area in a home the extra attention it deserves.

Idania believes that what customers appreciate most about having Merry Maids in their homes, is that they are able to return to a home that looks beautiful and feels well cared for. She understands how rewarding it is to help create a clean and welcoming space for every customer.

One of the most wonderful things about Idania is her outlook on life. She shared, “ I'm always happy even if I have a lot of problems, but you always have to smile. Smiling is great for your health and makes our clients happy.” Her words reflect the positivity she strives to bring to her work and the people she meets each day.

We are grateful to have Idania as part of our Merry Maids family and appreciate the warmth, positivity, and smiles she brings to our team and our customers!
