Since April 9, 2021, Jenn has been a part of our Merry Maids of Carroll County family! Jenn began her journey with us first as a cleaning team member and then worked her way towards joining our office team as our Office Assistant! Her experience in both positions gives her a unique perspective and makes her an important part of our Merry Maids family.

When asked about her experience at Merry Maids, Jenn said, “I have truly enjoyed my experience working at Merry Maids. From the beginning I have felt like part of the family. They value my input, listen to my ideas, and make me feel that my opinions matter. Merry Maids is a supportive and caring company, and I am grateful to be part of the team.”

Outside of work, Jenn loves to spend as much time as she can with her seven grandchildren, who bring her so much joy. Also, an interesting fun fact about Jenn is that she absolutely loves Highland cows!

We are grateful for Jenn’s dedication, experience, and the care she brings to our office and Merry Maids family.

Since October 28, 2024 Sofia has been a part of our Merry Maids of Carroll County family and one of our cleaning team members!

In her work, Sofia specializes in cleaning kitchens and loves to see the end result of everything looking clean. Her favorite cleaning tool is our vacuums as she notes that “it makes cleaning easier!”

Throughout her time with us, Sofia’s experience has been one of funny moments but also she recognizes that cleaning homes is a hard job! When asked about her experience at Merry Maids, Sofia shared “Merry Maids has been not only an experience where I've gotten many laughs, but cleaning homes can also be physically demanding!” We appreciate Sofia’s honesty and the perspective she brings to our team. We understand the hard work and physical effort that goes into caring for each home, which is why we strive to make sure our team members know how much their dedication is appreciated.

During her time with us, Sofia has also been able to learn quite a bit about cleaning. She shared, “I have learned how to properly use our cleaning tools and the cleaning products”, which have helped her become more efficient and confident in her work.

When asked what she believes customers appreciate most about having Merry Maids in their homes, Sofia shared that she believes it is “that when customers arrive at their home, they notice that we took the time and dedication to take care of every detail in cleaning their home.” Sofia’s perspective highlights the care and attention our cleaning teams put into every home, always working to make sure our customers are happy with the results.

A fun fact about Sofia is that she can’t start her day without music and coffee–which is something many of us can relate to!

We are so grateful to have Sofia with us and can’t wait to see her continue to grow with us!

Since April 1, 2026, Ingrid has been a part of our Merry Maids of Carroll County family and one of our cleaning team members!

In her work, she loves getting to organize people’s belongings, as she shared “I like to help the customer maintain cleanliness.” Ingrid shares that all the Merry Maids products are effective for cleaning and that the chemicals are gentle on the skin for our team members so she also likes the safety of them.

Throughout her time with us, Ingrid has enjoyed the atmosphere and the financial support her job provides for her and her family. She shared “I like the atmosphere and our manager at Merry Maids. It is a very good place to work to support yourself, especially those of us who are moms.” Many of our team members are mothers and have families of their own, and we understand the importance of creating a supportive workplace that allows our employees to balance their professional responsibilities with the personal responsibilities and priorities they have with the ones that matter most to them.

When asked what she believes customers appreciate most about having Merry Maids in their homes, Ingrid shared that she believes it's the “kindness and respect our team members have, and above all else a cleaning job well done.”

Outside of work, Ingrid really enjoys cooking and trying out different recipes. She also loves to spend time with and go out with her family.

We are so lucky to have Ingrid and can’t wait to see her continue her journey with us at Merry Maids!

Anne’s connection to Merry Maids began over 30 years ago when she married Rob Mascari, who, alongside his brother Tom Mascari, first began their journey with Merry Maids by establishing their first franchise. Following Tom’s passing, Rob went on to open three additional Merry Maids franchise locations throughout Maryland, continuing to grow the business and the legacy they had built together.

Following Rob’s unexpected passing in 2020, Anne stepped into the role of owner, carrying forward the business and the legacy Rob and Tom worked so hard to establish.

Before her journey with Merry Maids, Anne spent 13 years as an Intelligence Analyst with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), a career she absolutely loved and describes as the time of her life.

Anne and Rob raised three wonderful children together, and today, one of Anne’s greatest joys is watching them grow into young adults and seeing all the amazing things they continue to accomplish.

As the owner of our four Maryland locations, Anne takes great pride in the hard work and dedication our team members and staff put into making our customers happy. She especially cherishes the culture within our offices, describing it as “respectful, purposeful, humorous, and full of love.” Creating a supportive and welcoming environment where employees feel appreciated and connected is at the heart of her leadership.

Since becoming the owner, Anne has also gained a deeper appreciation for the thought and care that goes into every Merry Maids cleaning. She shares that she has learned “there are specific processes and details to each of our cleanings at Merry Maids”. This attention to detail is an important part of what makes the Merry Maids experience unique, ensuring that each home receives the care and thoroughness our customers expect.

Anne also recognizes the tremendous effort our cleaning teams put into their work, sharing, “Team members work extremely hard to clean to make customers happy and satisfied.” She takes pride in knowing that the work our team members do each day makes a meaningful difference for the families we serve.

At the heart of Anne’s perspective on Merry Maids is the time we give back to our customers. She shares “Merry Maids is there so that people have more time to do what they want.” By taking care of the cleaning, our teams give customers the opportunity to spend more time with their families, pursue the things they enjoy, or simply have more time for themselves.

Anne’s dedication to her family, her employees, and the business Rob and Tom built continues to shape our Merry Maids family today. We are incredibly grateful for her leadership and for the love and care she brings to our team and the customers we serve.
