Originally from El Salvador, I have had the pleasure of building strong, lasting relationships with many of my customers over the years. I truly enjoy interacting with them and providing the best service possible.

As the head trainer, I’m passionate about guiding new team members and helping them develop their skills to deliver top-notch service.

My name is Rocio, and I’ve been a part of the Merry Maids team for the past 13 years. I started as an office assistant and have proudly served as the office manager for the past 11 years. Although I was born in Texas, I was raised in Virginia and now call it home.

I love working with our dedicated team and ensuring they have the support they need to provide excellent service. It’s truly gratifying to see the difference we make in our customers' homes and lives.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my family and friends.

My name is Tommy, and I’ve proudly been part of the Merry Maids team for the past seven years—three as a manager and the last four as the owner. Born and raised in Virginia, I’m honored to continue a family tradition, as my father has owned this location since 1988. A Virginia Tech graduate, I’m recently married and enjoy spending time at home with my dog, Franklin.

As the owner, I take great pride in training and managing our office staff to ensure they have the tools and support needed to succeed. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our team work together to provide exceptional service, making a positive and lasting impact on our customers’ homes and lives.

When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me on the golf course, playing basketball, traveling, or enjoying just about any outdoor activity.
