We love Yakima Valley. It’s where we live, work, and raise our families. For over three decades, Merry Maids of Yakima has had the honor of caring for homes across this community we call home.
As a woman-owned, locally run business, we’re proud to be rooted here. We started out in a little brick storefront on Fruitvale Boulevard, moved to Rudkin Road where our neighbors could spot us from the freeway, and today we’re on 11th Avenue near the old hospital. From here, we serve homes throughout Upper and Lower Yakima Valley—and even up to Ellensburg.
But cleaning is just part of what we do.
We’re a people-first company. Our work is about caring—for our clients, our teammates, and our community. We believe in growing leaders from within, and we’re committed to creating a workplace where people can show up as themselves and keep growing into who they’re meant to be.
At the heart of everything we do is relationship. We work side by side, support each other, and believe that how we treat one another matters. This same heart carries into the homes we clean and the clients we serve.
At Merry Maids of Yakima, we’re growing more than a company—we’re weaving a flourishing community.
We truly enjoy being part of the Yakima community and are thankful for the relationships we’ve built with both the people and businesses here. Yakima is home, and we believe that when we show up for each other, this leads to community flourishing.
That belief is why we support Footprints of Fight, a local nonprofit that walks alongside families whose children are facing cancer. It’s also why we’ve partnered with KNDO in the “Let Merry Maids Make Your Monday” program—giving away a free home cleaning on the first Monday of each month to a local family who could use a helping hand.
We also love supporting local causes through silent auctions that raise money for organizations making a real difference. Giving back is just part of who we are.
