Donna Partin took ownership of the York Merry Maids office in 2007. She says, “I take great pride in providing a quality service and providing a family friendly work environment with a generous benefits package”.

 

Donna wanted to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps and own her own business. After extensive research, decided to buy a Merry Maids franchise. Being a former college coach, she loved the idea of developing a quality team of cleaning professionals to serve our area. Thus she embarked on a life long adventure to meld her dream to be a business owner and coach hardworking teams. Her office has won numerous awards for quality and business growth.

 

York County is such a vibrant and diverse community. We love serving the residents here. They are appreciative of our staff and we love giving them time back in their lives by taking care of their cleaning needs.

Each year with our staff, we celebrate Heart Health month (February) and Breast Cancer Awareness (October) by planning awareness and educational events throughout the months. In addition, Donna and her husband, Dwayne Keller are very committed to giving back and enhancing our community. They have been involved in many non-profits such as UCP of Central PA, YWCA, and United Way. Their biggest passion is D.R.E.A.M. Partnership. Donna is the Founder and Chairperson. Dream Partnership was founded from their daughter’s dream to attend college even though she could no traditionally qualify to do so. Dream Partnership has been instrumental in developing 13 college programs for students with intellectual and development disabilities in PA as well as awarding over $1,200,000 in scholarships for students to attend programs.
